8:45 am - Registration (meet in the gym)
9:00 am - Mat based activities (wear appropriate attire)
12:00 noon - lunch (on your own)
12:45 pm - Classroom (participants are responsible for having access to workbook and reference material shared electronically) - please bring a laptop or other device
4:30 pm - End Session
