The 2020 U17/U19 Canadian Wrestling Championships BCWA Sanctioning Registration is now available. For this years Championships, BC Wrestling will follow a NEW registration process relative to previous years. All BC wrestlers who wish to compete at the 2020 U17 / U19 Canadian Wrestling Championships, MUST FIRST be sanctioned by the British Columbia Wrestling Association through registering online through the 2M Interpodia portal. In order to be eligible for sanctioning from the BCWA, applicants must follow the guidelines and meet all of the criteria listed within the BC Wrestling Nationals Sanctioning Criteria & Procedure Form. See the form by clicking on the link below: Click Here: BC WRESTLING NATIONALS SANCTIONING CRITERIA & PROCEDURE Make sure to review the Sanctioning Criteria and Procedure form above before continuning through the registration process. WCL registration deadline is March 06, 2020. Late registration will be accepted up to March 20, 2020 but will be subject to a late fee. The BCWA Sanctioning registration deadline is March 20, 2020.
Athlete Registration
Please note that athletes must be registered both through the BCWA 2M portal and the Wrestling Canada Lutte Registration Portal. These two registration process are different and must both be completed. Please read the Sanctioning Criteria & Procedure form before proceeding. This form is listed above. Note that Wrestling Canada Lutte registration requires additional supporting documents that is up to the responsibility of the athlete and coach to submit. Coaches, Team Leaders, and Team Medical
All athletes and support staff must be registered members of their PTSO and be members in good standing with their PTSO and WCL as of the time of weigh-in for the event. As part of WCL’s commitment to Safe Sport, all support staff (coaches, team managers, team medical, officials) will be required to provide proof of the following MINIMUM elements, by the registration deadline to receive accreditation:
